• #52400: Fixed an issue where content type values in XML were not formatted correctly. XML output now follows the expected format for text and graphics.
• #48845: Fixed an issue where disapproving a Content Element while its approval status was still loading caused an error. The action is now handled gracefully without triggering unexpected errors.
• #53769: Fixed an issue where clicking "Manage" to set default languages in the Edit Master Document panel caused a blank panel to appear and froze Content Management. Default languages can now be set correctly when creating or editing a Master Document.

• #52401: Fixed an issue where Content Element text with new lines was displayed incorrectly in translation side panels. Line breaks now appear correctly in Repository and Master Document.
• #53843: Fixed an issue where newly created translations did not appear immediately in the list. New and edited translations now show without refreshing the page.
• #55204: Resolved a problem where search sometimes returned no results when filtering quickly in Repository. Search results now stay accurate.

Brand Maps & Artworks

• #45505, #45506: Fixed an issue where the artworks list showed incorrect content during loading, appearing either empty or displaying items from a previously opened brand map. The list now consistently reflects the currently opened brand map and provides clearer loading behavior.
• #45508: Fixed an issue where the filter button stayed disabled after a new artwork was added. The filter is now enabled again as soon as creation is completed.
• #47864: Fixed inconsistent refresh behavior after removing the last artwork from a brand map. The list now updates immediately and correctly shows when no artworks remain.
• #46398: Fixed an issue where deleted brand maps and artworks were still accessible through a direct URL. Removed items can no longer be opened after deletion.
• #45510: Resolved a problem where deleted brand maps or artworks remained visible in the list until a manual refresh. Lists now refresh properly and removed items disappear right away.

Colour

• #50170: Fixed an issue where a removed library stayed visible in the table until the page was refreshed manually. The table now updates immediately after removal.

Rules

• #50714: Fixed an issue where deleting a value with related rules caused an error and left rule references in an invalid state. Removal now works correctly and the page remains stable after the action.

• #47380: Fixed an issue where importing a CCF file could fail when it included rules for colour variables of type Diminishing. Import now continues successfully, skipping unsupported rules so other variables and rules are imported as expected.

Custom colour libraries list (#46315)

‍Introduces a table with organisation-specific colour libraries and their colours in the Colours module. Allows managing custom libraries and colours, including creating, editing, and removing CMYK and RGB colours.

System colour libraries in API (#48165)

‍Extends the colour libraries API to return system colour libraries together with custom libraries. System colour libraries are available for integrations, but do not appear in colour library management.

Library colours in Colour picker (#48158)

‍Adds a Library option in the Colour picker to select colours from libraries. This is currently available in Artwork Online Editor only.

Export Content Elements and translations (#45963)

• #49065: Fixed an issue where opening AO1 from Content Management showed a permissions error. Selected artworks now open correctly in the editor from Content Management pages.
• #48939: Fixed an issue where the artwork name field was too narrow during creation. The field now provides enough space for comfortable input.
• #49507: Fixed an issue where numeric fields in Brand Map variable edit mode were too small to display values. Fields are now properly sized, making values visible and easy to edit.

Files API

• #45394: Fixed an issue where next and previous page links were missing in search results with multiple pages. Navigation links are now consistently generated, allowing proper browsing of results.

Shared Components

• #48189: Fixed an issue where an incorrect dashed border appeared when moving items in cases where hierarchy was not allowed. Visual indicators now correctly reflect valid placement behavior.
• #46878: Fixed an issue where the expand/collapse icon for Font Family was not vertically centred relative to other elements in the row. The icon is now properly aligned, improving visual consistency in the Fonts management module.
  

Rules - UI & Layout

• #49471: Fixed layout shifts in the side panel when expanding or collapsing values to view assigned rules and when validation messages appear. The layout now remains stable during these interactions.
• #48975: Fixed an issue where lower fields in the side panel were not accessible on smaller browser sizes due to missing scrolling. All fields are now reachable and can be properly edited.
• #49523: Fixed a UI issue where the default value dropdown for collection variables was cut off. The full dropdown is now visible and properly aligned.
• #49600: Fixed an issue where action buttons slightly shifted position during processing. Buttons now remain stable while showing loading progress.
• #48146: Fixed an issue where long options in dropdowns were cut without indication. Truncated values now show “...” and display the full text on hover.
• #48150: Fixed an issue where the layout shifted when validation messages appeared in the side panel. The layout now remains stable across all tabs.
• #48972: Fixed an issue where the selected type in the condition section was not fully visible due to limited width. The layout now properly displays selected options.
• #49001: Fixed an issue where long default values broke the text editor layout. Text now displays correctly without affecting the editor.
• #48155: Fixed inconsistent validation for overly long variable names and improved overall UI consistency. Validation messages now match behavior used in other parts of the application.
• #49514: Updated the edit side panel header to match the naming style used across the application. This creates a more consistent and visually aligned experience.
• #49492: Fixed an issue where the last variable in the list was rendered outside the visible table area. The variable was present and findable via search, but not visible when scrolling the list. All variables are now fully visible within the table.
• #48935: Improved toast notifications in the Rules module — removed internal "Cobra" references from toast messages and fixed an issue where the list was not refreshing after a removal action. Toast messages now follow the visual style consistent with the rest of Content Management.
  
• #48153: Fixed an issue where there was no explicit "None" option in the default value dropdown for drop-down variables. Previously only the "x" button was available to clear the selection. A "None" option is now directly selectable from the dropdown list.
  

Rules - Text Handling

• #48149: Removed unnecessary placeholder text from value creation and validation fields. Forms are now cleaner and easier to use.
• #49469: Resolved a problem where text editors in some areas accepted styled text and markdown formatting. Text input now stays clean and consistent with the expected format.

Rules - Data & Refresh Behavior

• #49474: Fixed an issue where the variable list sometimes showed data from a previously opened Ruleset. The list now always displays correct and up-to-date data.
• #48936: Fixed an issue where the values list did not refresh after removing an item. The list now updates immediately after changes.
• #49524: Resolved a problem where changing a variable type caused extra empty values to appear in the values list. The list now refreshes correctly after type changes for text, graphic, and color variables in both collection and diminishing setups.
• #49522: Fixed an issue where removing a rule without saving made the value list appear updated after reopening the variable. The list now correctly reflects only saved changes.

Rules - Saving & Rules Behavior

• #49624: Fixed an issue where rules created while adding a collection variable value were not shown after saving and reopening the variable. Rules now remain attached to the value as expected.
• #49467: Fixed an issue where graphic variable values could be saved before thumbnails finished loading, which caused invalid values. Saving now works correctly and prevents incomplete entries from being stored.
• #49470: Fixed an issue where the save button became active again just before the side panel closed during saving, which allowed duplicate variables to be created. The button now remains disabled until the process is fully completed.
• #49530: Fixed an issue where editing rules with “contains” and “does not contain” conditions did not show the selected values. Existing selections now appear correctly when the rule is opened for editing.
• #49016: Fixed an issue where the rules preview showed an incorrect number of rules. The preview now reflects the actual number of rules available for editing.
• #49018: Fixed an issue where rules were not generated in the ruleset and CCF file. Rules are now correctly generated and available for further use.
• #49517: Fixed an issue where opening a previously copied URL for a removed variable showed an empty side panel. Access to removed variables is now blocked, preventing invalid views from opening.

Bug Fixes

• #49072: Fixed several issues affecting stability and usability following recent login flow changes. Improvements have been made to ensure the application handles user load more reliably.

Bug Fixes

• #47109: Fixes an issue where the cursor moved to the left side when creating or editing texts in Content Management modules. The cursor now remains in the selected position, allowing normal text editing.

Drag-and-drop row reordering in Master Document tables (#40228)

‍Allows user to reorder rows by dragging and dropping across all modules that use the shared table component, so table order can match personal preferences.

Font style usage view (#41749)

Extends the Fonts module with the ability to view where a font style is used in any Content Management module. Currently shows usage in the Editor with the related Brand Map and element, with direct opening in a new tab.

Lock font styles when used in Content Management modules (#43250)

Extends the Fonts module by locking font styles that are used in any Content Management module to prevent deletion. Styles are unlocked again when no longer used.

Repository

Export Content Elements and Translations (Excel) (#45963)

Adds an export option for repositories to download selected Content Elements and Translations as an Excel file in the same format required for import. Export is available only to Repository owners and supports exporting the latest versions.

Rules

Add/Edit value view for Colour variables (colour picker) (#31018)

Adds a colour picker for creating values of Colour variables (type list). Provides colour preview, sliders for adjusting colour, manual value input, and colour naming, with all inputs synchronised with the live preview.

Colour conditions (#31204)

Enables creating rules where Colour variables and their values can be used in both conditions and actions. Colour values for collection and diminishing Colour variables are now supported in the existing rule mechanism.

Variable side panel – values list – rules preview (#31532)

Shows an expandable preview of all rules created for each value directly in the values list. Applies to Colour, Text, and Graphic variables.

Default value for Colour list of values (#34013)

Allows setting a default value for Colour variables with collection or diminishing types using a drop-down list of values. Brings Colour variables to parity with Text and Graphic variables.

Colour preview (#34014)

Displays Colour name and a correct thumbnail preview in all relevant drop-downs, including selection state. Available in Add/Edit Colour value, Add Rule (Condition and Action), and Default Value flows.

Default value for Colour open value (#34022)

Allows setting a default value for open Colour variables by creating a colour via the colour picker. The default colour can be updated or removed after creation.

• #47848: Fixed an issue where the Commit button was active even though the language was not selected when creating a translation. The Commit button now remains disabled until a language is selected.
• #48915: Resolved a problem where the list of Content Elements and translations did not refresh correctly for archiving. The Repository view now shows only non-archived Content Elements and translations.
• #48525: Fixed an issue where column widths shifted and became inconsistent while typing in table filter inputs. Tables now keep stable column sizing, reducing distracting layout changes and improving readability.

Master Document

• #45405: Fixed an issue where long graphic names stretched the graphic selection control. The selector now keeps a consistent size and layout.
• #46737: Resolved a problem where the list of available languages for translation in Master Document details was not fully loaded when switching between modules. The full list of organisation languages now loads correctly.

Projects

• #47851: Fixed an issue where the first pinned column had inconsistent styling in the Projects table. Pinned columns now match the rest of the table UI.

Rules

• #45386: Fixed an issue where the clear button for a graphic default value displayed in an incorrect style. The control now follows the correct UI styling.
• #45395: Fixed styling issues in the Add Value header within the side panel. Font color, size, and spacing now match the Rules UI.
• #45397: Resolved a problem where labels overlapped the drop-down area when the control was not active. Labels now remain correctly positioned.
• #45399: Fixed an issue where the drop-down width changed depending on the selected value. Drop-downs now maintain a stable width.
• #45400: Fixed an issue where graphic drop-downs appeared taller than other selectors. Drop-down heights are now consistent across the Rules editor.
• #45401: Resolved a problem where the selected graphic preview appeared minimized after selection. The preview now displays at the expected size.
• #45402: Fixed an issue where expanding a drop-down with images introduced an additional scrollbar. Expanded drop-downs now display without extra scrolling.

• #48194: Resolved a problem where “does not contain” rules were imported and displayed as “contains” in Artwork Online Editor. Imports now preserve the correct rule condition.

Content Management

• #46158: Fixed inconsistent table row highlighting behavior on some browsers, including Safari. Hover and highlight behavior now works consistently.
• #46397: Resolved a problem with the table where highlighted search text added extra spacing around matches. Highlighting now keeps consistent text spacing across tables.
• #48187: Fixed an issue with the table where reorder controls remained available while filtering was active. Reordering is now disabled when filters are applied across Content Management tables.

Link Rulesets to Brand Maps directly in the Editor (#46886)

Allows selecting an existing ruleset directly when linking rules to a Brand Map, without downloading and importing a file. The rest of the import process remains unchanged, including selecting variables and rules to import.

Clear all rules in the Editor (#46888)

Adds a "Clear all" option in the Rules tab to remove all rules at once, improving efficiency when managing larger rule sets.
