Admin Centre and Integrated Applications

• #60381: Fixed an issue where users were prompted to log in twice when accessing our Integrated Applications (such as Pasara, Artwork Online, GEM, etc.) -the way the system keeps users logged in has been improved, preventing unnecessary redirects to the login screen.

• #68269: Resolved a stability issue in Integrated Applications (such as Pasara, Artwork Online, GEM, etc.) that could cause unexpected errors - the fix ensures all components work correctly together following recent system updates.

Artwork Online

• #68071: Fixed an issue where text variable values containing line breaks were losing their formatting during import - text was imported as a single line instead of preserving the original multi-line structure. Line breaks are now correctly retained and also reflected in the generated PDF.

Files

• #39325 / #41565 / #68829: Fixed an issue where uploading files from a folder could fail unexpectedly - when an error occurred during the upload, only the failed file was retried while the remaining files were not processed. Retry now correctly continues the entire upload from the point where it stopped, ensuring all remaining files are uploaded.

Properties

Global Property Validation (#48590)
Global property validation can now be configured from the Content Management Properties module. Text validation is currently supported, including maximum length, regular expression, and custom error message. Validation rules are defined per property and enforced consistently across all create and edit panels throughout the application.

Projects

Process Types Hierarchy Management (#60658)
A new Process Types module has been added to Content Management. It allows configuring how Process Types are organised into a hierarchy, controlling which types can be created as children of others. The configuration is organisation-specific and does not affect existing project items.

Hierarchical Items Creation (#60659)
When creating a new project item, users now select a Process Type from a list before the creation panel opens. The content of the side panel adjusts based on the selected Process Type, and the list of available types follows the configured hierarchy - ensuring users can only create valid items according to the organisation's configured structure.

Terminology Update - Process Types and Properties (#65269)
"Item Types" has been renamed to "Process Types" across the application to better align terminology between products.

Master Documents

• #63641: Fixed an issue where text formatting was lost when importing content from an Excel file — formatting is now preserved correctly during import.
• #63642: Fixed an issue where a valid Excel file could not be uploaded due to a case-sensitive file extension check — files with uppercase extensions are now accepted correctly.
• #63645 / #63649: Improved the loading performance of Master Document details and Repository pages — the number of permission checks performed per request has been significantly reduced, resulting in faster page load times.

Pasara

Two-Way Sync of Custom Properties with Pasara (#48594)
Custom properties are now automatically shared between Pasara and Projects. When a property value is updated in Pasara, it is immediately reflected in Projects — and the other way around. This ensures both systems always display consistent and up-to-date information without any manual updates needed.

• #55859: Fixed an issue where Content Elements in the Repository were not displayed in alphabetical order - the list is now sorted correctly from A to Z.

Pasara

• #64577: Fixed an issue where updating a project resulted in a server error due to an invalid organisation identifier - projects can now be updated without interruption. Additionally, resolved a problem where creating a new project could result in duplicate entries being created.

Webhooks

Webhook Infrastructure Update (#21933)
The legacy webhook system has been retired following the migration to the new webhook infrastructure. The service bus queue has been replaced with an updated solution, ensuring more reliable and consistent webhook delivery going forward.

Brand Maps & Artworks

• #56386: Fixed an issue with text field alignment - the name input field is now correctly left-aligned when creating an artwork.
• #56385: Fixed an issue where a grey overlay appeared over part of the screen when creating a brand map.
• #50865: Fixed an issue where it was possible to click "Create", "Configure variable", or "Filter" while the table was still loading - these actions are now correctly blocked until the table is ready.
• #52447: Improved the loading time of the artworks list - the list now loads significantly faster than before.

Master Documents

• #62289: Fixed an issue with Bulk Remove - the last remaining translation or Content Element can now be removed correctly.
• #56382: Fixed an issue where an additional scroll appeared inside the Content Element side panel on the Master Document details page.

Repository

• #52568: Fixed an issue in Repository where the search filter returned incomplete results - the search mechanism now waits for all data to be loaded before executing, ensuring the full list of matching results is returned.

Fonts & Colours

• #49228: Fixed an issue where an error was incorrectly displayed when attempting to remove a font style that is in use - the error is now shown only when expected.
• #56387: Fixed an alignment issue with the "+" icon for colour libraries and font families - icons are now consistently aligned across both sections.

• #55062: Fixed an issue where PDF files published from Pasara to GEM were not displaying thumbnails - the problem occurred because Pasara renames files with a version prefix that interfered with thumbnail generation. Thumbnails are now generated correctly for all PDF files published from Pasara, including previously published files that were affected.
