‍Allows user to reorder rows by dragging and dropping across all modules that use the shared table component, so table order can match personal preferences.

Font style usage view (#41749)

Extends the Fonts module with the ability to view where a font style is used in any Content Management module. Currently shows usage in the Editor with the related Brand Map and element, with direct opening in a new tab.

Lock font styles when used in Content Management modules (#43250)

Extends the Fonts module by locking font styles that are used in any Content Management module to prevent deletion. Styles are unlocked again when no longer used.

Repository

Export Content Elements and Translations (Excel) (#45963)

Adds an export option for repositories to download selected Content Elements and Translations as an Excel file in the same format required for import. Export is available only to Repository owners and supports exporting the latest versions.

Rules

Add/Edit value view for Colour variables (colour picker) (#31018)

Adds a colour picker for creating values of Colour variables (type list). Provides colour preview, sliders for adjusting colour, manual value input, and colour naming, with all inputs synchronised with the live preview.

Colour conditions (#31204)

Enables creating rules where Colour variables and their values can be used in both conditions and actions. Colour values for collection and diminishing Colour variables are now supported in the existing rule mechanism.

Variable side panel – values list – rules preview (#31532)

Shows an expandable preview of all rules created for each value directly in the values list. Applies to Colour, Text, and Graphic variables.

Default value for Colour list of values (#34013)

Allows setting a default value for Colour variables with collection or diminishing types using a drop-down list of values. Brings Colour variables to parity with Text and Graphic variables.

Colour preview (#34014)

Displays Colour name and a correct thumbnail preview in all relevant drop-downs, including selection state. Available in Add/Edit Colour value, Add Rule (Condition and Action), and Default Value flows.

Default value for Colour open value (#34022)

Allows setting a default value for open Colour variables by creating a colour via the colour picker. The default colour can be updated or removed after creation.

Repository

• #47848: Fixed an issue where the Commit button was active even though the language was not selected when creating a translation. The Commit button now remains disabled until a language is selected.
• #48915: Resolved a problem where the list of Content Elements and translations did not refresh correctly for archiving. The Repository view now shows only non-archived Content Elements and translations.
• #48525: Fixed an issue where column widths shifted and became inconsistent while typing in table filter inputs. Tables now keep stable column sizing, reducing distracting layout changes and improving readability.

Master Document

• #45405: Fixed an issue where long graphic names stretched the graphic selection control. The selector now keeps a consistent size and layout.
• #46737: Resolved a problem where the list of available languages for translation in Master Document details was not fully loaded when switching between modules. The full list of organisation languages now loads correctly.

Projects

• #47851: Fixed an issue where the first pinned column had inconsistent styling in the Projects table. Pinned columns now match the rest of the table UI.

Rules

• #45386: Fixed an issue where the clear button for a graphic default value displayed in an incorrect style. The control now follows the correct UI styling.
• #45395: Fixed styling issues in the Add Value header within the side panel. Font color, size, and spacing now match the Rules UI.
• #45397: Resolved a problem where labels overlapped the drop-down area when the control was not active. Labels now remain correctly positioned.
• #45399: Fixed an issue where the drop-down width changed depending on the selected value. Drop-downs now maintain a stable width.
• #45400: Fixed an issue where graphic drop-downs appeared taller than other selectors. Drop-down heights are now consistent across the Rules editor.
• #45401: Resolved a problem where the selected graphic preview appeared minimized after selection. The preview now displays at the expected size.
• #45402: Fixed an issue where expanding a drop-down with images introduced an additional scrollbar. Expanded drop-downs now display without extra scrolling.
• #45403: Updated the Add Action button styling to match the Content Management UI. The button now follows the same visual standards as related controls.
• #45383: Fixed inconsistent field borders in the side panel, including the text editor area. Borders now match the Master Document styling for a consistent Content Management appearance.
• #45954: Fixed an issue where changing the variable type cleared the selected variable value setting. The value selection now remains unchanged when the variable type is updated.
• #45955: Resolved a problem where the Update button in the edit side panel became disabled unexpectedly. The button state now reflects the form status consistently.
• #46295: Fixed an issue where diminishing variables allowed 0 values for required counts, which caused errors during creation. These fields now prevent 0 and enforce valid minimum values.
• #46391: Resolved a problem where newly added values were not available in the Rules editor until saved. New values now appear immediately for rule creation.
• #47379: Fixed an issue where the Edit Value side panel showed “add” labels and buttons during edit flows. Headers and action buttons now correctly reflect editing.
• #47382: Resolved a problem where existing actions were not shown when switching to a condition that already had rules. The Actions section now displays existing actions correctly.
• #47383: Fixed an issue where Add Rule fields reused the previous state instead of resetting to the selected value context. Add Rule now opens with the correct default state each time.
• #48061: Updated the Add Value button styling to match the Rules editor action controls. The “+” icon was removed and the button style was aligned.
• #48069: Fixed an issue where side panel buttons were positioned too close to the bottom edge. Buttons now have proper spacing.
• #48071: Resolved a problem where an Edit option appeared for graphic values. Graphic values now avoid showing an unsupported edit action.
• #48072: Fixed an issue where duplicate rules were saved and displayed multiple times. Duplicate rules are now eliminated during save.
• #48184: Resolved a problem where removing graphic values from a collection was not retained after saving. Unselected values now remain removed after reopening.
• #48191: Fixed an issue where adding a “does not contain” rule reused actions from an existing “contains” rule for the same variable. Each condition now maintains its own actions.
• #48194: Resolved a problem where “does not contain” rules were imported and displayed as “contains” in Artwork Online Editor. Imports now preserve the correct rule condition.

Content Management

• #46158: Fixed inconsistent table row highlighting behavior on some browsers, including Safari. Hover and highlight behavior now works consistently.
• #46397: Resolved a problem with the table where highlighted search text added extra spacing around matches. Highlighting now keeps consistent text spacing across tables.
• #48187: Fixed an issue with the table where reorder controls remained available while filtering was active. Reordering is now disabled when filters are applied across Content Management tables.

Link Rulesets to Brand Maps directly in the Editor (#46886)

Allows selecting an existing ruleset directly when linking rules to a Brand Map, without downloading and importing a file. The rest of the import process remains unchanged, including selecting variables and rules to import.

Clear all rules in the Editor (#46888)

Adds a "Clear all" option in the Rules tab to remove all rules at once, improving efficiency when managing larger rule sets.

Bug fixes

• #47401: Fixed an issue where overflow indicators in the Editor kept spinning. Overflow status indicators now update correctly, making text editing and resizing more stable and predictable.

Repository

Add and edit translations from Repository (#45640)

Allows adding new translations and editing existing translations directly from Repository pages.

Repository unified translation create and edit component (#45962)

Provides a single reusable translation form design across Master Document and Repository views for both creating and editing translations.

Sticky row groups on Master Documents (#46283)

Keeps grouped parent rows visible while scrolling until all child rows are visible, supporting multiple nesting levels.

• #46352: Fixed an issue where changing a variable type in the ruleset edit side panel showed an inconsistent error message. Error handling is now aligned with the rest of the application for a clearer experience.

• #46388: Fixed an issue where table rows visually shifted when hovering over items in narrower windows. Rows now stay in place and columns have fixed sizes, making tables easier to read and use.
• #46160: Improved table layout across all Content Management products by removing unnecessary empty space below headers. Tables now look more consistent and cleaner across views.
• #46311: Fixed an issue where the horizontal scrollbar appeared in an inconsistent position after resizing table columns. The scrollbar is now always shown at the bottom of the table area for clearer navigation.

Added a "View usage" functionality that shows in which Master Documents a given Content Element or Translation is used and allows opening the selected Master Document directly from the list.

Rules - Shared table on list & details views (#45560, #45583)

Updated the Rules views to use a unified table layout consistent with the rest of Content Management, with filtering support and Created and Modified columns.

Rules - List of values for Colour fields (#31203)

Added support for creating and managing lists of values for colour variables, including edit, delete, and reorder actions.

As part of that, several related issues were resolved to improve overall consistency and reliability of rules functionality:

• ‎Fixed an issue where popup messages for rulesets and variables were not visually consistent with Content Management. The popup style is now unified with the rest of Content Management for a more consistent experience.
• ‎Resolved a problem where the ruleset download action did not work as designed. The download now starts correctly and the file is saved as expected.

Full sized table on Brand maps and Artworks lists (#46156)

Updated Brand maps and Artworks list views so tables use the full available width for a consistent layout.

API - Extend callback for assetId (#45788)

Updated Workflows callbacks so assetId is always included in the request payload when query parameters cannot be captured.

Artwork Automation

• ‍‍#46310: Fixed an issue where returning to the Brand Maps or artworks list could leave filters applied without showing any active filter indicator. Navigation back to the list now behaves consistently, ensuring either a full unfiltered list is shown or active filters are clearly visible and removable.

Master Documents

1. ‍‍#45926: Resolved a problem where default languages and newly added translations were ordered based on creation date rather than name. Language lists are now consistently displayed from A to Z.
2. #45425: Fixed an issue where translation languages in Master Document details were displayed in reverse alphabetical order. Translations are now shown in correct A to Z order.
3. #42849: Resolved a problem where duplicating a Master Document cleared active filters and briefly showed an empty list. The list now reloads correctly and keeps the applied search and filters.

Fonts

• ‍‍#46399: Fixed an issue where clicking the Download button on the Fonts page did not start the file download. Font files now download correctly after selecting the Download option
