Files side panel - UI improvements (#17654, #73466, #74403) The UI enhancements announced in the previous release have been delivered. The panel has been updated to align with the product UI guidelines, bringing improvements to colors, sizing, and alignment throughout the module. Usage information is now grouped by module and context, making it easier to understand where and how a file is referenced. A version selector is available across the full Usage view, and thumbnails have been added to provide visual context at a glance.
Master Documents
Faster Master Document loading (#62114) Permission checks in Master Documents have been optimized to reduce the number of internal requests made during page load. Master Document pages now load noticeably faster, particularly for users working with larger or more complex documents.

Files
#41577: Fixed an issue where thumbnails failed to load for files containing special characters in their names (such as ä, ö, ü, ą, ę, ś, ć, ź) - previews and downloads now work correctly regardless of the characters used.
#64583: A border has been added around image previews across all modules, and the "No preview" icon has been updated to better align with the product's visual style.
#78537: Fixed an issue where the Versions and Usage tiles in the Files side panel returned an error and remained empty - file versions and usage information are now displayed correctly.
Master Documents
#41758: Fixed an issue where the Content Element picker in Mandatory placeholders did not correctly display versions - the picker now shows the newest version of each content type, matching the expected selection behaviour.
#42395: Fixed an issue in the translation editor where the underline formatting was not fully visible for letters with descenders (such as g, j, p, y) - underlines are now displayed consistently beneath all characters.
#68827: Further improved the bulk edit option in Master Document details - selection checkboxes are no longer visible to users who do not have the Document Collator or Super Admin role, fully removing the option from the interface for users without the required permissions.
Colours
#74370: Fixed an issue where the Colours menu item in Content Management was visible to all users - it is now shown only to users with the Repository Owner role.
