Files

Contextual side panel for Files (#73466)
A right-side panel has been introduced in the Files module. When a file is selected, the panel displays dedicated tiles for Properties, Versions, and Usage, giving users quick access to file details without leaving the current view. Further UI enhancements to the Files side panel are planned for the upcoming release.

Version history in Files (#17654)
The Files module has been extended to display all available versions of a file. The version button provides access to version history, making it easy to review past versions and identify which one is currently in use.

Usage information in the Files side panel (#74403)
File usage information has been moved into the Files side panel. Users can now view where a file is used directly from the panel, keeping the main Files view uncluttered.

View usage for files (#17492)
A new View Usage action has been added to the Files module. Selecting a file opens a side panel listing all resources that reference it - including artworks, brand maps, Rules, Master Documents, Content Elements, and translations - with details on the version and context of each usage.

Properties

Automatic property import from Pasara (#59373)
When a new Global Property is created, existing matching values from Pasara are now automatically imported into Content Management. This removes the need to manually populate the property after creation.

My Tasks

Project tracking for My Tasks (#75906)
The system now tracks which projects each user is assigned to, enabling fast and accurate retrieval of user-specific project data. This is the foundation that powers the upcoming My Tasks feature.

This release brings several improvements to stability and day-to-day usability.

Content Management

• #68819: Fixed an issue where the organisation name was cut off after collapsing the left navigation menu - the name now remains fully visible in the collapsed state.
• #73465: Fixed an issue where long texts were wrapped incorrectly in tables across Content Management - text now wraps consistently and no content is cut off.

Master Documents & Repository

• #45925: Fixed an issue where clearing or removing a Mandatory Content Element, or editing a Content Element or Translation, did not lock the row during the action - the row is now correctly locked until the operation completes, preventing conflicting changes.
• #64583: Fixed an issue where a thumbnail placeholder was shown for Content Elements and Translations that have no preview - the "No preview" state is now displayed consistently across Repository and Master Document views. A UI enhancement to this area is planned for the upcoming release.
• #64586: Fixed an inconsistent loading indicator that appeared when opening side panels in Master Documents - a single, consistent loading state is now shown across all panel types.
• #68827: Fixed an issue where the bulk edit option in Master Document details was visible to all users - it is now available only to users with the Document Collator or Super Admin role.
• #74413: Fixed an issue where editing a Graphic Content Element was not possible - the edit side panel opened correctly, but the confirm button was disabled, preventing the change from being saved. Changes can now be confirmed as expected.

Projects

• #74367: Fixed an issue where the Title column width changed when collapsing or expanding the side panel - the column now maintains its width regardless of panel state.
