Brand Maps & Artworks

Duplicate Brand Maps and Artworks (#71288)
The ability to duplicate Brand Maps and Artworks has been added to Artwork Management. Users can now create an independent copy of an existing Brand Map or Artwork directly from the context menu - preserving its structure, elements, variable definitions, and configuration. The duplicated item appears immediately in the list and can be edited independently of the original.

Files

View Usage for Files (#17492)
A "View Usage" action has been added to the Files module. Users can now see where a specific file is being used across the system - including artworks, brand maps, Rules, Content Elements, and Translations. The results are displayed in a side panel showing the resource type, name, version, and the specific context in which the file is referenced. Each result row is clickable and opens the relevant resource directly.

My Tasks

Improved My Tasks Table (#71272)
The My Tasks page now uses the same table component available across the Content Management application. Users can filter, configure visible columns, adjust column widths, and reorder columns - consistent with the experience available in other modules.

Bug Fixes

This release brings several improvements to stability and day-to-day usability.

Files

• #60731: Fixed an issue where the Download button was missing for PDF files - PDF files can now be downloaded directly from the Files module.

Fonts & Colours

• #68263: Fixed an issue where a long font or colour name overflowed the header of the "View Usage" side panel - long names are now displayed correctly within the available space.

Master Documents

• #74413: Fixed an issue where changing the graphic in a Graphic Content Element side panel had no effect - selecting a new graphic now correctly updates the displayed image.
