The process of creating and managing collection values for text and numeric property types has been improved, making it more reliable and easier to use.
Global Properties in Create and Edit Panels - Improvements (#59567)
A series of improvements have been applied to ensure Global Properties work consistently across the Content Management application. Hint texts have been removed for consistency, field alignment and widths have been standardised. Validation of required fields has been improved, and default property values are now correctly pre-populated when creating new records. Page refresh behaviour after creating records has been fixed across multiple modules, and various fixes have been applied to ensure property values are handled correctly throughout the system.
Consistent Button Icons Across Content Management (#71457)
Button and icon sizes have been standardised across all modules in the Content Management application - the filter button now matches the size of other action icons for a more consistent and polished interface.

General UI
- #71457: Button and icon sizes have been standardised across all modules in the Content Management application - the filter button now matches the size of other action icons for a more consistent and polished interface.
- #72970: Button styles in Rules are now consistent with the rest of the application - the Create button is now primary and the Download button secondary, and the filter button is correctly aligned with other action buttons.
- #72964: A white outline has been added to organisation logotypes in the top navigation bar — logos are now clearly visible regardless of their colours.
- #72965: The application browser tab title has been corrected from "ContentManagement" to "MYPACKBRAIN - App".
- #69404: The Create button position in Projects has been aligned with other modules for a more consistent layout.
#71372: The Active column in Properties now displays an icon to indicate the active state instead of a disabled checkbox, consistent with the presentation used in other parts of the application.
Filtering
- #35576: Graphic Content Elements can now be filtered by file name and file extension in the Content column - previously, filtering by name or extension returned no results.
- #56586: Search no longer returns results that match internal HTML markup - only actual text content is now searched.
- #71410: When filtering in Colours, parent entries are now always visible even if they do not match the search criteria, consistent with the behaviour in Projects.
- #71415: Type and State filter options are now correctly available after switching between modules in Projects - previously the options disappeared and required a page reload to reappear.
- #71447: The sorting order is now consistent between the default list view and the filtered view - items with matching names no longer change position when a filter is applied.
- #71464: Clearing the text filter in Properties now correctly refreshes and displays the full list of properties.
Master Documents
- #71375: Long column names in the column configuration panel now wrap correctly instead of causing an unwanted scroll.
Files
- #72972: File selection checkboxes are now clearly visible on dark image backgrounds - a white background has been added to ensure they are always distinguishable.
Global Properties
- #69410: Several UI improvements have been applied to the Global Properties section - the layout and styling of property definition and value panels is now consistent with the rest of the Content Management application, including improved scrolling behaviour, corrected button styles, better handling of long property names, and various visual fixes across create and edit panels.
- #69411: Long values in collection property dropdowns are now truncated with "..." and show the full value on hover, consistent with the behaviour in other parts of the application.
