Bug fixes

This release brings several improvements to stability and day-to-day usability.

Repository

• #69392: Fixed an issue where archived Content Elements were incorrectly treated as duplicates during import - archived elements are no longer skipped and are now correctly re-imported when present in the imported file.
• #69393: Fixed an issue where filter values in Repository were not displayed until the user refreshed the list - filters now load correctly on the first visit.
