Rules

• #46352: Fixed an issue where changing a variable type in the ruleset edit side panel showed an inconsistent error message. Error handling is now aligned with the rest of the application for a clearer experience.
• #46355: Fixed an issue where long value names in the edit side panel were displayed incorrectly. Long text now wraps properly and remains consistent with other areas of the application.
• #46829: Fixed an issue where actions from the “...” menu on ruleset values did not trigger after selection. Edit, Add rule, and Remove actions now work correctly across all variable types.
